It's amazing what a coat of paint will do

I wanted to share a little project update. I've been working on a little girls fantasy bedroom for the last few months - which I wrote about <a href="http://chameleon-interiors.blogspot.com/2010/08/dressing-tables-for-little-girls-and.html">here</a>.   With an eye towards saving a little money, my clients are doing some of the work themselves and one of the things we decided to do was repaint the existing bureau. It was the perfect size for the room so it made sense to re-use it. Tablescape inspirations for The Room to Dream Foundation

"Festive Tables 2010" is a celebratory showcase of tablescapes created by several fabulous Boston interior designers using merchandise selected from Shreve, Crump & Low's extensive departments, as well as the designers own collections. The November 4th event benefited the <a href="http://www.roomtodreamfoundation.org/index.html">Room to Dream Foundation</a>, a Boston-based not-for-profit organization whose mission is to create healing environments for children who are facing chronic illnesses.  I wasn't to attend this event, but my friends at JD Communications shared some images with us!
