This story was all over the news yesterday and it's no wonder at $59 million! But the story of this house is really clearly the property - with 1 mile of gorgeous Nantucket beachfront - it's unique and truly spectacular. The house itself isn't really anything unusual for Nantucket and the furnishings speak to it probably being staged for sale. Wouldn't you want to just get your hands on that with the budget to really go to town?
